Working alongside talented teams across strategy, digital, PR, media and events, you'll help develop bold creative concepts that deliver real commercial results while mentoring junior creatives and helping to shape the agency's creative future.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Creative / Designer, you'll take ownership of projects from initial brief through to final delivery, producing high-quality creative work across advertising, branding, digital, social media, events, PR and integrated marketing campaigns. This is a strategic appointment designed to strengthen senior creative capability, enhance creative thinking across the business and support continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated creative projects from concept through to artwork, production and final delivery.
  • Develop compelling creative concepts and campaign ideas that solve client challenges.
  • Produce exceptional creative work across branding, digital, print, social media, presentations, outdoor advertising, events and campaign assets.
  • Partner with strategy, digital, PR, media and client services teams to develop innovative integrated campaigns.
  • Help establish and maintain high creative standards and efficient studio processes.
  • Contribute to pitches, proposals and client presentations with strong visual storytelling and creative direction.
  • Mentor and support junior designers, helping develop their skills and confidence.
  • Keep abreast of emerging creative, cultural, digital and advertising trends, bringing fresh thinking into the studio.

About You

You'll have a proven track record of delivering high-quality creative work within an agency or similarly fast-paced marketing environment, backed by a strong and varied portfolio. You'll also bring:

  • Extensive experience creating integrated campaigns across brand, digital, social, print and presentation design.
  • Exceptional design skills across typography, layout, branding, art direction and visual identity.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
  • The ability to move seamlessly between creative strategy and hands-on design execution.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with Figma, motion design, digital design, AI-powered creative tools or content creation would be highly advantageous.

Desirable Experience

  • Integrated campaign work spanning PR, events and experiential marketing.
  • Strong art direction skills across photography, illustration, motion and content creation.
  • Experience developing creative routes, mood boards, visual concepts and presentation decks for pitches.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI, motion graphics, video production and AI-supported creative tools.
  • Previous mentoring or coaching experience within a creative team.
