We are seeking a motivated and organised Negotiator / Office Administrator to join our busy estate agency team. This varied role involves client coordination, property marketing, sales progression, and general office administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate property viewings and manage client communication

  • Manage property listings across websites and portals
  • Oversee sales progression and liaise with solicitors
  • Process invoices and client payments using Xero

Requirements

  • Ideally Minimum 1 year experience in estate agency or property management
  • Previous administration and customer service experience
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of property software and Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of NI property market (preferred)
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (may be required)
