The Person As a Client Executive, you will work closely with clients, media partners, and internal teams to plan, deliver, and evaluate successful advertising campaigns.
You will be responsible for building strong relationships, managing multiple projects, and ensuring exceptional client service at every stage of the campaign lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities Plan, deliver, and evaluate Outdoor advertising campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and media partners.
Utilise proprietary systems and data tools to support campaign planning and strategy.
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and campaign objectives.
Support business development through existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures.
Manage client budgets and campaign KPIs.
Provide support across wider business teams as required.
Essential Requirements Minimum 1 year's experience in a customer service or client facing role.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Desirable Criteria Graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
