As Business Development Manager – West London, you will be responsible for developing, managing and growing our On‑Trade presence across a defined territory through strong execution, trusted relationships and impactful brand building.

The role is field‑based, with at least 80% of time spent in trade, managing a call file across Independent Free Trade, Multiple Site Operators and a small number of specialist retail customers. You will be expected to live within commutable distance of your customer base.

The primary brand focus is The Dalmore, supported by Jura and Fettercairn, ensuring our brands are present, visible and activated in the right outlets, for the right consumers and occasions.

A key measure of success in this role is the ability to drive standout The Dalmore visibility, with a strong focus on delivering high‑quality 3‑SKU Dalmore billboards across the territory through energy, persistence and excellent customer partnerships.

Responsibilities:
  • Driving sustainable distribution growth.
  • Creating impactful, premium brand presence in outlet.
  • Building strong customer and partner relationships.
  • Delivering visible, memorable activations with commercial outcomes.
  • Acting as an authentic and knowledgeable ambassador for our brands.
  • Manage a defined call file of approximately 150 On‑Trade outlets across West London.
  • Plan and execute effective journey plans, typically 4 weeks in advance.
  • Use reporting tools and insight to prioritise opportunities, with a clear focus on premium visibility wins.
  • Drive distribution of The Dalmore as the priority brand, supported by Jura and Fettercairn.
  • Proactively deliver 3‑SKU Dalmore billboard displays across the territory, identifying the right outlets, occasions and partners to maximise impact.
  • Act as a brand ambassador through engaging tastings, education and training where appropriate.
  • Manage activation activity within agreed budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximum brand impact.
  • Support accurate forecasting through disciplined.
