Location: The Dalmore Distillery, Alness, IV17 0UT

Contract: Full Time / Permanent – Monday to Friday, 08:30am – 04:30pm (37.5 hours per week). Flexible approach required; evenings and weekends may be scheduled in advance.

About The Dalmore Experience: Live within the Dalmore Experience, a luxury visitor centre where guests explore our award‑winning whisky heritage. The Housekeeper ensures all front and back‑of‑house areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain immaculate cleanliness of all public and service areas before, during, and after tours.
  • Adhere to The Dalmore Experience Housekeeping standard operating procedures.
  • Order and manage cleaning equipment and supplies to guarantee readiness.
  • Follow all Health & Safety procedures.
  • Support the Host team when required, including setting out glassware, preparing simple food and drinks, moving light furniture, handling purchases, washing and polishing glassware, crockery and cutlery.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience cleaning in a luxury environment is desirable.
  • Experience in industrial cleaning settings is an advantage.
  • Experience in product ordering and control is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of 5‑star service standards.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Flexible, willing to work occasional evenings and weekends.
