The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
This role manages the H&S agenda across five distilleries and multiple maturation sites, including six Lower Tier and one Upper Tier COMAH site. They will be the person who shapes how we think, act, coach and embed safety every single day, for our colleagues, our contractors, our visitors, and our neighboring communities.

What you’ll lead:
- Championing a safety‑first culture across all Distilling & Maturation sites
- Driving improvements to our Distilling Safety Management System and Compliance Risk Register
- Owning COMAH compliance — including Site Safety Plans and MAPPs
- Coaching and partnering with engineering, operations and senior leaders
- Leading and developing your own team — creating clarity, connection and growth
- Ensuring we meet our evolving regulatory responsibilities and continuously improve
