Partnering closely with our HR Leadership Team and wider leaders, you will create and deliver engaging communications that bring our people agenda to life, online and offline, across the UK and internationally.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead our colleague communication & engagement plan and key cultural moments
  • Support leadership visibility, conferences and major updates
  • Create compelling, colleague‑centred campaigns and community initiatives
  • Shape surveys and year‑round Great Place to Work storytelling
  • Partner on Employer Brand/EVP and integrate with wider brand communications

What you will bring:

  • Excellent copy‑writing, editing and storytelling skills
  • Confidence with digital tools (e.g., Canva/Adobe) and external partners
  • An inclusive approach across office, operational, field‑based and international teams
