What you will be doing:
- Lead our colleague communication & engagement plan and key cultural moments
- Support leadership visibility, conferences and major updates
- Create compelling, colleague‑centred campaigns and community initiatives
- Shape surveys and year‑round Great Place to Work storytelling
- Partner on Employer Brand/EVP and integrate with wider brand communications
