The Category & Channel Activation Manager will collaborate with the Head of Customer Marketing, UK & Global brand team, and the off-trade commercial team to develop and execute shopper insight and marketing plans with key retailers and brands. The role focuses on improving retail shopper marketing strategies to increase distribution, visibility, and activation in store and online.
- Deliver insightful category analysis to foster account growth.
- Develop standout brand activations for retail chains, supporting excellence in execution and measurement.
- Create and drive key activations per channel marketing plans.
- Identify channel/customer opportunities for growth and profitability.
- Coordinate communication with retail teams and stakeholders to align marketing objectives.
- Effectively communicate category stories and insights to stand out from competitors.
Skills and experience that will help you be a success:
- Experience in category, customer, brand marketing, or sales within Beer, Wine & Spirits (BWS).
- Proven track record in shopper marketing activations and recommendations.
- Experience in FMCG, especially in outlet execution, is preferred.
- Ability to analyze data and generate compelling insights.
- Understanding of e-commerce operations and how to optimize brand DVA.
