Full Time / Permanent – 35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday. Requires flexibility working evenings and weekends.

Brand Home Manager

Responsibilities

  • Support the Brand Home team to ensure guests have the best experience while visiting the Jura Distillery.
  • Host daily tours and tastings, serve customers in the shop, and assist in running the Jura Lodge.
  • Greet customers warmly, providing friendly service at all times.
  • Ensure all customers receive the best possible service during every visit.
  • Set up and break down tastings, clean glassware, and clear up after guests.
  • Lead enjoyable and authentic guided tours of the distillery, delivering key messages about brand, process, history, and products.
  • Demonstrate pride and passion for Jura Distillery and Jura Whisky.

Qualifications

  • Retail or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Experience working with the public is preferred.
  • Experience with cleaning, including use of chemicals and cleaning machinery, is desirable.
  • Ability to impart knowledge and entertain visitors while delivering an authentic tour experience – essential.
  • Passion for customer service.
