Responsibilities
- Support the Brand Home team to ensure guests have the best experience while visiting the Jura Distillery.
- Host daily tours and tastings, serve customers in the shop, and assist in running the Jura Lodge.
- Greet customers warmly, providing friendly service at all times.
- Ensure all customers receive the best possible service during every visit.
- Set up and break down tastings, clean glassware, and clear up after guests.
- Lead enjoyable and authentic guided tours of the distillery, delivering key messages about brand, process, history, and products.
- Demonstrate pride and passion for Jura Distillery and Jura Whisky.
Qualifications
- Retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Experience working with the public is preferred.
- Experience with cleaning, including use of chemicals and cleaning machinery, is desirable.
- Ability to impart knowledge and entertain visitors while delivering an authentic tour experience – essential.
- Passion for customer service.
