Whyte & Mackay Ltd in Glasgow (Head Office) is seeking a Consumer Co-ordinator to act as the first point of contact for consumer enquiries across our single malt brands and to support DTC and DVC channels.
You will triage queries, respond with pre-written messages where suitable, and escalate complex issues to the relevant teams. The role also covers day-to-day DTC order monitoring and proactive social media engagement.
