About the company
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Finance Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will support key financial planning and reporting functions, helping
leadership make informed business decisions through accurate data analysis and strategic insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
- Monitor financial performance against targets and investigate variances
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios and investment opportunities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and analysis
- Assist in the preparation of board and executive-level presentations
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- Part qualified or actively working towards finance qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with accounting systems (e.g., Xero, Quickbooks) a plus
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker a plus
- Solid understanding of relevant financial reporting standards (UK GAAP, FRS 102, IFRS)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Experience working in the music industry, media industry or merchandise industry
