Their mission is to simplify and optimize clearing, settlement, and custody across fragmented European markets with a unified, API‑first, ledger‑based platform delivering low‑cost, high‑efficiency post‑trade services to retail and institutional clients.

Location: London (preferred) or remote — within EMEA time zones

What You’ll Do:

  • Design, implement, and maintain cloud‑native infrastructure (primarily AWS) supporting distributed systems and APIs
  • Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable delivery across environments
  • Partner with engineers supporting microservices architecture (high availability + low latency focus)
  • Monitor performance, run root‑cause analysis, and implement observability best practices (metrics, logging, tracing)
  • Harden infra and deployments using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CDK/CloudFormation)
  • Lead incident response, reliability efforts, and scalability initiatives
  • Manage messaging queues and event streaming (Kafka, RabbitMQ) with a focus on throughput and low‑latency handling
  • Improve security controls (secrets management, access controls, audit logging)

What We’re Looking For:

  • 6+ years experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure roles
  • Strong proficiency with AWS, Linux, and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Deep understanding of CI/CD best practices (e.g., GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or similar)
  • Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and event‑driven architectures
  • Strong Infrastructure as Code skills (Terraform preferred)
  • Familiarity with monitoring/observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) and system tuning
  • Security‑conscious mindset; experience in regulated/financial environments is a plus
  • Strong problem‑solving ability, proactive attitude, and excellent communication/teamwork

Nice to have:

  • Fintech / post‑trade / exchange infrastructure experience
  • Exposure to ledger‑based systems or distributed data models
  • Experience with ISO 27001 and/or FCA‑regulated environments

Why This Role:
