  • Harden infra and deployments using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CDK/CloudFormation)
  • Lead incident response, reliability efforts, and scalability initiatives
  • Manage messaging queues and event streaming (Kafka, RabbitMQ) with a focus on throughput and low‑latency handling
  • Improve security controls (secrets management, access controls, audit logging)

  • 6+ years experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure roles
  • Strong proficiency with AWS, Linux, and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Deep understanding of CI/CD best practices (e.g., GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or similar)
  • Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and event‑driven architectures
  • Strong Infrastructure as Code skills (Terraform preferred)
  • Familiarity with monitoring/observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) and system tuning
  • Security‑conscious mindset; experience in regulated/financial environments is a plus
  • Strong problem‑solving ability, proactive attitude, and excellent communication/teamwork

Nice to have
