We are looking for a proactive and patient-focused Clinical Pharmacist (Independent Prescriber) to join our dedicated team in Winnersh Triangle, Berkshire. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing area of healthcare, where you will help improve the lives of patients with complex conditions through safe, effective, and personalised treatment plans.
About the Role: As a Clinical Pharmacist at Montu, you will apply your clinical expertise as part of a multi-disciplinary team, contributing to medicines management, structured remote consultations, and medication reviews. You will oversee transfer-of-care processes and help implement systems that promote safe and effective prescribing practices. You will work closely with both clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure the secure prescribing and dispensing of cannabis-based medicinal products (CBMPs) to patients. This role plays a key part in improving care quality and operational efficiency, and is well suited to a motivated, forward-thinking pharmacist who is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
This is a full-time hybrid position, working Monday to Friday, with one weekend per month on a rota basis.
