About the role: We are recruiting a Clinical Pharmacist (Independent Prescriber) to join our London team. This is a role where you will work 2-3 days (including evenings and weekends) in our London office located in Kings Cross. You will play a key part in prescribing and reviewing cannabis-based medicines for patients with complex conditions. The role requires on-site working during evenings and weekends.
As a Clinical Pharmacist (Independent Prescriber), you will split your time between three days on site and two days working remotely. You will provide safe, effective and personalised treatment, supporting patients with a wide range of needs. Collaboration is central to this role. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will help deliver outstanding patient care while also contributing to the development of clinical pathways. You will be involved in patient and staff education and play an active part in driving improvements in treatment outcomes within this rapidly growing field.
Key responsibilities:
- Clinically check and review CBPM prescriptions for safety and accuracy.
- Prescribe medicines as an Independent Prescriber.
