As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic, commercially minded E-commerce & Digital Content Executive to help drive the online success of WHW and our subsidiary brands. This is a varied, hands-on role with a strong emphasis on e-commerce, particularly Amazon Seller Central, where you'll take ownership of product listings, marketplace performance and online growth. Alongside this, you'll create engaging digital content, manage social media channels and support wider marketing activity to strengthen our brands and increase online sales.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining commercial thinking with creativity. Your primary focus will be managing and developing our e-commerce channels, ensuring our products are presented accurately, competitively and effectively across Amazon and other online platforms.
Working across WHW and our subsidiary brands, you'll optimise product content, analyse sales performance, identify opportunities for growth and help deliver engaging digital marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and online sales.
Key Responsibilities
- E-commerce & Marketplace Management
- Manage and optimise our online sales channels, with a particular focus on Amazon Seller Central.
- Create, maintain and optimise product listings, including titles, descriptions, keywords, images and A+ Content where appropriate.
- Ensure product information, pricing and digital assets remain accurate and up to date across all online platforms.
- Monitor sales performance, customer behaviour and marketplace analytics to identify opportunities for growth.
- Conduct competitor and market research to improve product visibility and maximise online sales.
- Support new product launches across Amazon, our websites and other online marketplaces.
- Monitor marketplace account health, customer feedback and performance metrics to ensure best practice is maintained.
- Digital Content & Marketing
- Manage social media channels across WHW and our subsidiary brands, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, create and schedule engaging written, graphic and video content.
- Maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, promotions and company news.
- Support email marketing campaigns and website content updates.
- Monitor engagement and campaign performance, using insights to continually improve results.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with colleagues across Sales, Purchasing and Customer Services to support business objectives.
- Help identify opportunities for new products, promotions and online growth.
- Contribute ideas and initiatives that improve customer experience and increase online sales.
About You
You'll be organised, commercially aware and proactive, with a genuine interest in e-commerce and a passion for delivering engaging digital content. You'll enjoy analysing data, solving problems and continuously looking for ways to improve online performance.
Essential
- At least 2 years' experience in an e-commerce, marketplace or digital marketing role.
- Demonstrable hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central.
- Experience creating, maintaining and optimising online product listings.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practice and online merchandising.
- Experience managing business social media accounts.
- Excellent copywriting and written communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and identify opportunities.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and online business systems.
- Able to manage multiple projects independently while working effectively within a team.
Desirable
- Experience with Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands or Sponsored Display).
- Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Canva, Adobe Express or similar design software.
- Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager or social media scheduling tools.
- Google Analytics or similar reporting platforms.
- Basic photography or video editing skills.
- Experience in manufacturing, healthcare or the dental sector (beneficial but not essential).
