JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Senior Go To Market Manager – InMotion, to play a pivotal role in translating the commercial strategy into compelling, consumer-facing retail execution. This role leads the planning, brand training support, activation, and promotional execution of new product launches and seasonal campaigns. The Senior Go To Market Manager ensures alignment across internal teams and supplier partners and is accountable for the critical path from sign-off to in-store implementation—driving category performance, delivering engaging experiences, and enhancing the commercial impact.
What you\’ll be doing:

Product Launch Planning:

Lead GTM planning for new product launches CE brands (e.g., Apple, Bose, Sony).

Coordinate with buying, marketing, supply chain, store operations, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.

Campaign & Promo Execution:

Own the development and roll-out of in-store campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.

Manage the CE promotional planning calendar, ensuring all key trading periods (e.g., Summer, Christmas, Black Friday) feature compelling offers, added-value deals, and brand-supported activations.

Retail Readiness:

Develop and manage the GTM critical path including POS, launch comms, merchandising requirements, and execution toolkits.

Ensure visual merchandising and space plans align with campaign objectives and brand expectations.

Training & Enablement:

In conjunction with Retail Operations design training content for store colleagues to boost product knowledge and selling confidence.
- Work with Retail Ops teams and suppliers to execute engaging training (face-to-face and digital).

Track colleague readiness and adjust approach based on feedback and performance.

Stakeholder Management:

Act as the conduit between internal teams and external CE brand partners.

Facilitate joint planning sessions to align on timelines, training, and promotional mechanics.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Evaluate the success of launches, offers, and seasonal campaigns through robust performance reporting and PIRs.

Provide actionable insights to improve future GTM execution and sales performance.

Innovation & Best Practice:

Stay informed on CE and travel retail trends and GTM best practices.

Recommend enhancements to the GTM model and trading calendar to improve speed, efficiency, and commercial impact.

Store Development

Lead any store development initiatives i.e. trials, new displays, space changes
- Support the BD team on lease renewal strategies
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in a Go-To-Market, Trade Marketing, Category, or Activation role in CE or premium retail.
- Experience in managing promotions, campaigns, and retail trading calendars.
- Strong cross-functional project management and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Excellent communicator with an ability to influence internal teams and brand partners.
- Deep understanding of product launches and retail engagement in high-footfall locations like airports.
- Confident in briefing and deploying colleague training programs.
