We're looking for an International Buying Admin & Media Executive to join our London‐based Buying team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career in buying or retail while gaining hands‐on experience in supplier marketing, media execution and cross‐functional collaboration across international markets.
Responsibilities
- Buying & Product Administration
- Provide day‐to‐day administrative support to the Buying team, ensuring the smooth running of the department.
- Support price updates, promotions and product data accuracy.
- Manage new line setup, working closely with suppliers to collect all required product information and ensure timely and accurate system setup.
- Request and manage product imagery to support launches and range updates.
- Liaise with suppliers on new product availability.
- Assist with creating product copy for online channels.
- Media & Marketing Execution
- Coordinate and execute marketing and media agreements between buyers and suppliers across international markets.
- Manage media bookings and trackers, ensuring product availability is confirmed before activity goes live.
- Oversee the end‐to‐end execution of media campaigns, from requesting creative assets to in‐store implementation.
- Work closely with internal teams (Buying, Operations, Marketing) and external partners to ensure seamless delivery.
- Liaise with Operations to ensure accurate communication of media activity to stores.
- Create and manage purchase orders (POs) for all media activity.
