The role of the InMotion Operations Support is truly cross-functional – you will be right at the centre of the business, leading and driving the commercial agenda.
What you will be doing:
- Management and planning of store workload
- Development of InMotion comms strategy/VLOG
- Attend meetings and identify communication requirements for the week/month
- Publish weekly key focuses to stores and cascade messages
- Create launch packs for seasonal trading periods/launches
- Proof reading of communications for future publication
- Challenge / feedback on poor communication and raise the quality of communication from support office
- Management of communications compliance
- Create content and write Director messages
- Support store events, for example, the annual InMotion briefing sessions
- Keep InMotion Micro Site information up to date and relevant
- Identify opportunities for new best practice guides based on launches / seasonal trading plans
- Review current best practices on regular basis to ensure they reflect current changes/amendments
- Maintain communication planner and ensure all content from trading teams is delivered on time
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience of a retail store environment a clear benefit
- Naturally pro-active attitude, with the ability to recognise and articulate the needs of stores in delivery of Business plans.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- An ability to communicate effectively to individuals at all levels both internally and externally
- Ability to work as part of a team and cross functionally
- Able to work under pressure and continually change priorities to maintain all deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal English language capabilities
- Excellent spelling and grammar essential
- Ability to challenge where necessary
