WHSmith is seeking a Business Analyst to analyze, recommend, and define business requirements to implement new models and enhance existing processes. You will work from our Support Centre locations in London or Swindon.

The successful candidate will have a proven background in Business Analysis, excellent IT process understanding, and experience in Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
