Deputy Manager – Grindsmith Manchester Airport As a Deputy Manager at Grindsmith, you’ll support the Store Manager in leading a high-performing, people-first team. You’ll bring energy, structure, and a love for craft coffee and quality food, helping shape every aspect of the day-to-day experience. What you’ll be doing as a Deputy Manager : * Acting as a brand ambassador and stepping up when the Store Manager is away * Keeping the energy high and the team motivated through every shift * Supporting smooth service flow and stepping up when the Store Manager’s away * Coaching your crew and helping them grow into superstars * Managing stock, safety, and all the behind-the-scenes magic * Delivering top-tier coffee, food, and customer vibes What we’re looking for in a Deputy Manager: * Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role * A hands-on leader who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves * A people person with a passion for service, coffee, and community * Confidence in shift planning, operations, and keeping standards sky-high * Clear, honest communication and a team-first attitude * Super flexible team players who can adapt, energise, and inspire Why Grindsmith as a Deputy Manager?
