The purpose of this role is to activate world-class campaigns across various formats to generate customer penetration and supplier income, all based on a customer plan led by insight.
What you’ll do:
- Transform design concepts into various asset formats and sizes while maintaining brand consistency.
- Ensure all artwork meets specifications for different formats and platforms across print and digital.
- Maintain the integrity of the brand’s visual identity across all assets.
- Ensure artwork complies with brand guidelines, including typography, color schemes, and logo usage.
- Prepare and optimize files for outputs, ensuring high quality and accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, making necessary adjustments.
- Review and proof all artwork to ensure error-free final production.
- Conduct pre-flight checks and troubleshoot issues during artwork production.
- Create industry-leading motion graphics for short-form advertising materials.
- Organize and maintain design files for easy access and archiving.
- Review and proof designs for accuracy and quality before production.
- Ensure all designs meet technical specifications and quality standards.
- Develop storyboards and references.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to inspire innovative ideas.
Who you are:
- +5 years experience in retail and brand.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- A passion for creativity and brand amplification.
- Organized, resilient, and commercially savvy to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
