We’re looking for a Commercial Insights Lead to support the delivery of retail media campaign reporting.

This role is responsible for producing clear, actionable post-campaign reports that demonstrate the value delivered for brands, and for building out insights that support pitch decks and future campaign activity.

You’ll work closely with the planning and media sales teams to ensure reporting is accurate, timely and relevant, whilst also supporting wider commercial teams with insight that helps drive forward business decisions.

What you will be doing

  • Produce post-campaign reports for retail media campaigns, clearly demonstrating the value delivered for brands
  • Translate campaign performance into clear recommendations and next steps to inform future campaign activity
  • Work closely with the planning team to understand reporting requirements for specific brand campaigns
  • Prioritise reporting workload effectively to deliver post-campaign reports on time
  • Work closely with the Brand Activations Exec on presentation requirements for brands, ensuring briefs are shared on time and in full
  • Identify and build out insights for use in pitch decks, supporting the wider sales and planning teams
  • Support the commercial buying, media and trade planning teams with insight requests as directed
  • Flag opportunities to automate reporting processes, working with internal data and insights teams

What we are looking for

  • Experience using data systems such as EPOS, Power BI
  • Experience analysing campaign data, including pre vs. post analysis
  • Ability to interpret data to build clear, actionable findings and recommendations
  • Good analytical skills and commercial awareness
  • Experience working with data in a retail media and/or retail environment
  • Good organisation skills with the ability to prioritise work
  • A self-starter who can manage own workload
  • A team player who can self-manage but is willing to support colleagues
