District Market Coffee offers over 40 beverage options that are hot, cold, and iced as well as fresh baked products in store, patisserie items, hot breakfast and lunch on the go. Responsibilities * Interact with customers to understand their favourite food and beverage preferences so they get the best experience on every visit * Deliver ‘best in town’ standards through presentation standards, availability * Have great product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services to your customers. * Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and make recommendations * Work as part of a winning team: pull together with other members in the team to adapt to what can be a changing fast‑pace environment. Qualifications and Preferences * A passion for providing a great customer experience in your store by crafting great coffee with your passion and energy for that perfect blend * Good communication skills and listening skills to understand the customers’ needs * Great organisational skills plus strong attention to detail * Able to work as part of a team, supporting your colleagues and helping to deliver the daily activities Benefits Hourly paid 6.6 weeks including bank holidays and employee discounts (up to 50%).
