As a Barista at Smith’s Family Kitchen/Costa Coffee/DMC, you’ll provide exceptional customer service and work as part of a team to deliver our fantastic store standards.

Smith’s Family Kitchen/Costa Coffee/DMC offers over 40 beverage options that are hot, cold, and iced, as well as fresh baked products in store, patisserie items, hot breakfast, and lunch on the go. What being a Barista is all about:

  • Interact with customers to understand their favourite food and beverage preferences to ensure they have the best experience on every visit.
  • Deliver ‘best in town’ standards through presentation standards and availability.
  • Have great product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services to your customers.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and make recommendations.
