The role of a Procurement Analyst is to ensure that all WHSmith Non-Trade contracts across the WHSmith group are set up and effectively maintained in the central contract library managing the supplier due diligence process and reporting via Power Automate and PowerBI. What you will be doing: Setting up and maintaining the central Group Procurement contract library and database to reflect current and new supplier contracts, archiving expired contracts and providing an auditable trail of information to comply with internal audit policies Managing the new supplier set up process and supplier due diligence which will include the setup of NDAs, financial checks and interaction with other teams to ensure they have completed any necessary Supplier Security Assessment forms and PII data visibility assessments for each supplier to ensure full compliance with business policies Regular maintenance of all documents use…
