WH Scott Group is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join on-site at one of our UK sites (Erith or Wickwar). You will support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, policy work, and collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Specialist on recruitment.
You will travel monthly to other UK sites, maintain GDPR-compliant HR records, handle employee relations, and contribute to wellbeing, inclusion initiatives and HR projects in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
