Process Operative
Key Areas of Responsibility, Duties and Deliverables Expected
Responsibilities
- Prepare components for production in accordance with prescribed procedures and production timings.
- Load components onto the production line safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with quality standards and customer requirements.
- Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions at all times.
- Carry out visual inspections to ensure product quality is maintained.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout the production process.
- Work accurately and efficiently within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Communicate effectively with Team Leaders and colleagues to ensure production targets are achieved.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards within the production area.
- Support continuous improvement activities and identify opportunities to improve processes.
- Work flexibly across production areas to support business requirements.
- Ensure production records and documentation are completed accurately where required.
