Graduate Launch Engineer
Key Areas of Responsibility, Duties and Deliverables Expected
Responsibilities
- Support the New Product Introduction (NPI) team in delivering new model launch programmes across a range of automotive customers.
- Assist with technical investigations, root cause analysis and problem-solving activities relating to component and assembly issues.
- Support pre-production build activities, including assembly, quality inspections and preparation of parts for customer shipments.
- Work closely with Project Managers and Senior Engineers to learn and develop project management and technical engineering skills.
- Participate in customer meetings, project reviews and product maturation activities.
- Conduct dimensional analysis, fit and function assessments and support corrective action implementation.
- Prepare presentations and reports to communicate project status, technical findings and improvement activities.
- Collaborate with internal departments and customers to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction.
- Support projects from concept through to customer sign-off and production launch.
- General Responsibilities & Duties
