The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 ÂŁ per year.

Our client works closely with their partnered Kitchen Manufacturers & Contractors to provide them with the very best in-situ Kitchen Survey & Design service in multiple locations throughout the UK. Their work mainly consists of long-term projects within the Social Housing sector, working on large-scale kitchen improvement programmes for Local Authorities & Housing Associations within Tenanted homes.

The ideal applicant will be customer service driven, have a can-do attitude and must have experience in using Fusion 2020 CAD, Unity (or similar Kitchen design software), along with having excellent IT & communication skills. This is a perfect opportunity for a better work/life balance, being based from home and travelling to the site each day. You will be expected to provide the very best in-situ Kitchen Survey & Design service in Tenanted homes, after which you will then return home to complete your daily administration tasks.

Requirements
  • Experience completing in-situ Kitchen designs within occupied properties.
  • Experience using Fusion 2020 CAD, Unity or similar Kitchen design software.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF and Outlook.
  • Experience managing time effectively and exemplary Customer service skills to liaise with contractors, clients, and tenants.
  • “Right First Time” approach, following Design Brief/specification agreed in advance with our Clients for each site.
  • Knowledge of current regulations (specifically Gas) and social housing best practice guidelines for safe, practical kitchen design within Tenanted homes.
  • Occasional overnight stays away from home may be required.
  • Own car essential; mileage allowance payable.
Responsibilities
  • Liaise closely with Partnered Contractors on Main Improvement Programmes.
  • Deliver “Right 1st Time” Kitchen Designs within occupied properties for our Social Housing Clients.
  • Manage diary, contacting sites in advance to obtain property addresses; proactive communication essential.
  • Provide excellent in-situ kitchen design service in UK.
