I\’ve partnered with this business who work globally as a technology, creative and sustainability consultancy.
We\’re looking for an Account Director or Senior Account Manager with experience in an agency or consultancy, someone who is great with clients, data, processes and campaigns to focus on end-to-end projects with big hitting global brands.
What you\’ll do in the role.
- Build strong relationships with your key client stakeholders at all levels, understanding their business challenges and targets.
- Write clear, engaging business proposals, campaign results, CRM plans, and be able to present with credibility and gravitas to clients and other parties at senior levels.
- Create and manage all project plans and schedules to stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are profitable whilst staying true to their strategic goals and the client’s KPIs.
- Lead, motivate and inspire your account team in their roles managing clients, client requirements and their own contribution and development.
- Be accountable for the financial control of clients within your portfolio.
- Work with creative and artwork departments to develop and deliver best in class marketing communications, including email, social content, online experiences, AR…
Skills we\’re looking for.
- An understanding or background in direct marketing, CRM, martech and integrated approaches (including direct mail, email, media and digital/social).
- A strategic thinker who can make a clear assessment of business opportunities and service enhancements / optimisations.
- A numerate, creative problem solver who can demonstrate structured, effective thinking.
- Foresee potential issues with a project and propose solution options.
- Demonstrable communication, influencing and relationship management skills.
- An ability to motivate, inspire and develop your team.
- Excellent verbal and written skills to be able to communicate concisely, clearly and with excellent grammar, spelling, and vocabulary.
- Solid account management background with experience of managing and leading significant client accounts.
- High levels of energy and resourcefulness.

This company are growing rapidly, remain privately owned and offer excellent career opportunities. The role is based in Cirencester with a hybrid working model (around 2 days a week in the office). Remuneration is flexible up to around £48,000.
