We’re working with a brilliant independent TV production agency who make the kind of work you actually want to watch. They partner with big-name brands to create film, social and digital content that looks beautiful. They now need a Senior Account Manager to keep everything, and everyone moving in the right direction.
The gig
You’ll sit at the centre of projects, owning client relationships and translating big creative ideas into well-run productions. One minute you’ll be shaping a brief with a marketing director, the next you’ll be wrangling timelines, budgets and the odd on-set curveball. It’s grown-up account handling in a fast-moving creative environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Being the day-to-day lead for key clients
- Taking briefs and working with creative & production teams to make them better
- Managing budgets, scopes and schedules without breaking a sweat
- Keeping projects on track from first idea to final delivery
- Spotting opportunities to grow accounts (without being pushy about it)
- Supporting juniors and helping set the tone for how the team works
You’ll probably
- Have agency or production-side account management experience
- Know your way around film / social / content projects ideally
- Be organised to a slightly nerdy level
- Be good with people – clients, creatives, producers, everyone
- Stay calm when things inevitably change at the last minute
- Actually like being part of a team
Why you’d want this
- Properly interesting brands and creative work
- A friendly, adult culture with no egos
- Hybrid working
- A place where production and account management genuinely respect each other
