This fast-growing CRM consultancy helps ambitious brands make better commercial decisions using customer data. Their work focuses on turning insight into action — improving retention, driving revenue, and building CRM strategies that actually deliver. With strong momentum and a new Bristol HQ opening in 2026, the business is entering an important next phase of growth.

You’re a proactive new-business salesperson who enjoys opening doors and building relationships from scratch. You’re comfortable leading early sales conversations, qualifying opportunities, and taking ownership of deals through to close. You’re commercially curious, motivated by results, and keen to play a meaningful role in a growing business rather than slot into a rigid sales machine.

This is the company’s first UK hire and a key role in shaping its commercial future. Growth to date has come from delivering high-quality work that genuinely adds value, helping clients understand their customers and turn data into measurable outcomes. As demand continues to grow, they’re now hiring an SDR / Business Development Executive to take ownership of new business and help build a scalable UK sales function. You’ll join at an early stage, work closely with the founders, and have real responsibility from day one.

What you’ll do:

  • You’ll own new business from first contact through to close, including:
  • Identifying and winning new clients through proactive outbound activity
  • Generating leads via LinkedIn, email, calls, events and partnerships
  • Building relationships with founders, marketers and senior decision-makers
  • Running discovery calls and qualifying opportunities
  • Managing deals through the pipeline and closing business
  • Supporting founders on larger or more complex sales conversations
  • Keeping the CRM accurate and up to date
  • Refining outreach, messaging and target profiles based on market feedback
  • Identifying opportunities for referrals, expansion and partnerships
  • Helping define future sales processes as the business scales

Who you are:

  • You’re someone who:
  • Enjoys hunting for new business and starting conversations
  • Builds rapport easily and asks confident commercial questions
  • Is comfortable owning deals and asking for the close
  • Takes responsibility and follows things through
  • Is organised and disciplined with pipeline management
  • Is curious about how businesses grow
  • Wants to join early and help shape what comes next
  • Is Bristol-based or happy working remotely

What you’ll get:

  • The chance to be the company’s first UK sales hire
  • Clear ownership of new business and revenue generation
  • OTE of £70–80k with a competitive base and commission structure
  • Direct access to the founders and genuine input into strategy
  • Exposure to fast-growing brands across the UK, US and Europe
  • Autonomy, trust and flexibility in how you work
  • A role linked to a new Bristol office opening January 2026
  • Clear progression into senior sales or leadership roles as the business grows

This isn’t a plug-and-play sales role. You’ll be close to the commercial decisions, help shape how sales is done, and grow alongside the business. There’s real responsibility, visibility and opportunity here — ideal for someone who wants ownership now and progression built in.
