Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role. We are looking for a Sales & Partnerships Manager to help drive the next stage of Wholyme’s growth. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who is excited to be on the ground, opening doors, building relationships, and growing retail and wholesale partnerships.
This is not a corporate or purely strategic role. You will be doing the doing, working closely with the founder, and playing a key part in shaping Wholyme’s commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Growth
- Identify, pitch and close new retail and wholesale accounts (UK focus initially)
- Own the full sales cycle: outreach, pitching, negotiation and onboarding
- Actively grow distribution across aligned retail partners
Partnerships & Account Management
- Manage and nurture existing retail relationships
- Drive repeat orders, range expansion and strong sell-through
- Be the main point of contact for buyers and partners
- Support launches, promotions, exclusives and in-store activations
Commercial Support
- Track sales pipelines, opportunities and performance
- Work closely with operations to support forecasting and stock planning
- Feed back real market insights to inform pricing, positioning and growth strategy
About You
Experience
- 2–5 years’ experience in sales, commercial or partnerships roles
- Experience selling into retail (beauty, wellness, FMCG, lifestyle or similar)
- Comfortable managing both new business and existing accounts
