About the Role

As a Remote Hearing Aid Dispenser/Audiologist, you will provide professional hearing care support through telephone and online consultations. You’ll guide patients through their hearing journey, help identify suitable hearing solutions, provide aftercare support, and ensure every patient receives exceptional service and clinical guidance. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct remote hearing care consultations via phone and online platforms
  • Support patients in selecting appropriate hearing solutions based on their individual needs
  • Provide expert advice, counselling, and aftercare support remotely
  • Identify opportunities to improve hearing outcomes and patient satisfaction
  • Recommend GP/ENT referrals where clinically appropriate
  • Maintain accurate patient records using NOAH and CRM systems
  • Follow up with patients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and successful hearing outcomes
  • Collaborate with the wider hearing care and customer support teams
  • Maintain HCPC registration and ongoing CPD requirements
  • Complete all documentation and reporting accurately and within required timescales

Essential Requirements

  • HCPC Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser or qualified Audiologist
  • Demonstrable remote consultation experience essential
  • Hearing aid sales and customer support experience essential
  • Familiarity with NOAH and CRM systems essential
  • Significant experience working independently within hearing care
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant industry experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Comfortable delivering care and building rapport remotely
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently from home
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Commercial awareness with a patient-first approach
  • Confident using technology and online communication tools
  • Full UK driving licence essential
  • Applicants should ideally be based within the Central Scotland area, although applications from across the UK will be considered
