Job Description
We’re launching a brand new apparel and merchandise company built upon bold, edgy and humorous designs. We’ll be targeting niches through our own new websites and third party marketplaces - all with our own brand of great British humour and designs that get people talking.
At the heart of this business will be a great graphic designer; someone who’s with us from the very beginning, helping forge our identity and shape our direction. If you're a passionate creative looking for a role with real impact, this is your chance to build a brand from the ground up.
You’ll be working directly with the founder, with genuine freedom and autonomy from day one. Your creativity will be instrumental in our success - and as we grow, you’ll grow with us. This could mean managing a team of creatives or taking ownership of entire product categories or brands.
About Us
We already run successful B2C and B2B ecommerce brands in the food flavouring and vaping sectors.
Our new apparel and merchandise venture is completely separate - and while it will be fast-moving, creative, and a little chaotic, it’s backed by the stability, admin, and logistics support of our established business.

- Excellent all-round graphic design skills (Adobe Suite or equivalent)
- Strong compositing and image manipulation abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a startup environment
- Enthusiasm for leveraging AI design tools
- Open-minded and comfortable working on products that may be provocative, divisive, iconoclastic, satirical - or just sweary
Desirable:
- Experience in apparel, garment printing, or merchandise design
- Photography and photo-editing skills
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and online product imagery standards
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience)
