Join the Non-Perishable team at one of our two brand-new Whole Foods Market locations opening in London! Team Members will be cross‑trained and work in all areas throughout the store, including cashiering/Self Check Out, online order fulfilment, food and drink production, product facing and shelf stocking.

- Liverpool (Opening Spring 2026) – Unit 4b & 5, 31-35 Blomfield Street, London, EC2M 7BD

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer needs in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate pricing and signage by supporting audits of tags, signs, and scale prices.
- Rotate stock, remove out‑of‑date products, and stay informed about new products and their placement.
- Follow all Standards Operating Procedures (SOPs), company policies, and store guidelines.
- Participate in fiscal period and quarter end inventories.
- Communicate relevant information clearly and promptly to leadership and stay informed on store updates.
- Complete all required training and attend assigned meetings, including daily huddles.
- Maintain a positive work environment.
- Use courteous and professional phone and paging etiquette.
- Support overall store cleanliness, food safety, health and sanitation standards, and safe working practices.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Basic computer skills.
- Proactive problem‑solver with excellent follow‑through, listening skills, and ability to follow instructions and procedures.
- Clear and effective communication style, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with individuals in positions throughout various levels of the business.
- Demonstrates responsibility and accountability in recognizing and accomplishing all tasks where there is a direct job responsibility.
- Proven experience meeting all customer service expectations and standards when interacting with customers, vendors, and fellow Team Members.
- Proper use of equipment such as knives, personal protective equipment, forklift, pallet jacks, hand trucks, six‑wheel carts, baler (must be 18 years of age or older) and all other equipment used during preparation and clean up within department and store.
- Able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable adjustments.
- Prior retail, restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred.
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:
- Must be able to lift fifty pounds.
- In an 8‑hour workday: standing/walking 6-8 hours.
- Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.
- Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.
- Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals.
- Exposure to temperatures: 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Ability to work in a wet and cold environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

The wage range for this position is £13.85-£16.90 Hourly, commensurate with experience. Whole Foods Market offers "Whole Benefits".
