TheSenior Account Manager willto drive the day-to-day development and delivery of creative, multi-channel advertising campaigns, brand development, and design projects predominantly on one key client.

As Senior Account Manager, youβll act as the engine room of key client accounts, ensuring campaign excellence from briefing through to delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
- Campaign Leadership β Plan and manage integrated, paid-for advertising campaigns across multiple channels.

Ideally, we\’re looking for someone with:
- 3-5 yearsβ experience in an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager role (agency or in-house) with a focus on Paid Media.
- Proven experience in delivering multi-channel advertising or brand campaigns.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to lead internal and external stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness β you understand how agencies operate and deliver value.
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
- Ability to speak Welsh would be an advantage.
You\’d be joining a really social agency, who produce exceptional work. Although this is initially a 6-12 month contract, I would be interested in speaking with candidates who are looking for a permanent position too. Ideally you\’ll be within commutable distance of Cardiff to get to the office 1 or 2 days per week.
