Who we are Neros is a defense technology company building the West’s drone industrial base. We design and manufacture high-performance unmanned systems that are tested in combat, iterated at startup speed, and built at massive scale. Our team culture is fast, hands-on, and obsessed with closing the gap between design and deployment. As drones transform the character of warfare, Neros is delivering the systems the West needs to compete on the modern battlefield and deter the adversaries of democracy. We’re hiring engineers, operators, and builders who want to move fast, take on extreme ownership, and get capability into the hands of warfighters in months, not years.

What you will be doing:

  • Support and enable the growth of Neros across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa by managing customer relationships and supporting the regional sales pipeline.
  • Track and manage customer orders and deliveries, maintaining visibility of shipment timelines and ensuring customers are kept informed.
  • Prepare quotes and coordinate with internal teams on pricing, delivery schedules, and order fulfillment.
  • Engage with existing and prospective customers across EMEA, supporting pipeline development and identifying new opportunities.
  • Represent Neros at industry events, demonstrations, and trials, clearly explaining how FPV drone systems are employed operationally.
  • Conduct product demonstrations of Neros systems to military and government customers.
  • Support the onboarding and training of end users, with the ability to step in and assist with basic FPV system training if required.
  • Work closely with the business development and engineering teams to capture customer feedback and support product improvements.

You should have the following:

  • Military background, ideally with experience in tactical operations, ISR, or unmanned systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple customers, orders, and operational tasks simultaneously.
  • A strong work ethic and self-starting mindset suited to a fast-moving defense technology company.
  • Ability to engage confidently with military and government customers.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe and the Middle East to support demonstrations, events, and customer engagement.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand FPV drone systems and their operational employment.

Nice to have:

  • Direct sales, account management, or business development experience.
  • Experience working with defense technology or unmanned systems.
  • Understanding of the European defense and security ecosystem.
  • Experience working with channel partners, distributors, or OEM sales environments.
  • Experience training military personnel or supporting the adoption of new capabilities.
  • Existing relationships with NATO or allied military training organizations.
  • Foreign language skills (German, Ukrainian, Polish, Arabic).
  • Security Clearance.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 USD. The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
