The Role
As Partner Solutions Architect, you are responsible for teaming with partners to deliver successful client outcomes in the Addepar implementations. This role will proactively work with partners to onboard, train, and support them to make them proficient and self-sufficient in leading Addepar implementations and successfully transitioning clients to Addepar Support. You are focused on identifying how Addepar can unlock significant value for our clients’ businesses and working closely with our partners to design and build solutions to meet our shared clients’ needs.
You have a deep understanding of both finance and technology, are passionate about solving problems, work collaboratively with internal teams and take ownership of our partners’ and clients’ success. Additionally, you’ll enable our Sales and Marketing departments by helping them fully understand the scope and capabilities of each implementation partner in our network.
What You’ll Do
- Leads the success of partner-led implementation projects driving shared ownership with channel partners in the best client outcomes.
- Provide oversight and guidance on partner projects ensuring shared implementation framework and methodologies are established and practiced throughout client onboarding.
- Facilitates proper coordination and communication between partners and internal Services, Data and Support teams ensuring proper project delivery from all teams and seamless transitions at appropriate project turning points.
- Assess and be responsible for the success of add-on projects and partner delivery assurance.
- Be the go-to resource for all partners supporting technical and business needs.
- Provide experienced guidance to partners with architecting and onboarding supported integrations.
- Serve as an escalation point for Support personnel with respect to technical issues.
- Demonstrate technical and industry expertise to lead partner engagements to transition clients and their data onto Addepar.
- Partner with key internal stakeholders to scale Addepar’s Partnership Services program.
- Educates Services, Sales and Marketing about Partnership offerings, fit and standard methodologies, helping to create documentation, training and enablement materials.
- Effectively set, lead, and communicate expectations both internally and externally.
- Prioritize and context-switch successfully to complete simultaneous projects, seeing each through to the finish line.
- Meticulously document work and influence others to do so as well.
- Think critically about how to improve our current processes and tools both internally and externally as our partner and client base expands.
- Be an authority on all things Addepar.
Who You Are
- 7+ years experience in Financial Services or Consulting in related fields in client/partner facing roles.
- 2+ years experience implementing Addepar clients.
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Independent, adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to train and communicate optimally with clients via email, on the phone and face-to-face in one-on-one and group settings.
- Passion for technology and finance.
- Experience with programming/scripting, specifically Python.
- Occasional Travel.
