About The Role
The Inventory Warehouse Operative is part of the Supply Chain function and supports the Inventory team in maintaining accurate stock records across the site. The role is responsible for PI counting, stock searches and investigations, using MHE to access stock safely and supporting the timely resolution of inventory discrepancies.
Support stock accuracy improvements by identifying recurring inventory issues and contributing to preventative actions.
Carry out scheduled PI counts and targeted spot checks; operate Flexi, Reach and Counterbalance trucks to access stock; complete stock searches for missing or unaccounted-for pallets and materials; investigate physical-to-system discrepancies, incorrect locations and stock movements; review stock records and transactions to establish last known locations; accurately record findings and escal… unresolved issues; support wider Inventory activities and stock accuracy initiatives.
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm
