We are seeking a talented and proactive HR Business Partner to join our team and provide dedicated HR support to our Supply Chain function.

This is a fantastic opportunity to partner with key stakeholders across planning, service, procurement, logistics, and distribution, contributing directly to the achievement of our business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to the Supply Chain leadership team, understanding their business challenges and developing HR solutions to support their goals.
  • Provide comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and the specific needs of the Supply Chain function.
  • Drive performance management processes, ensuring a focus on continuous improvement and development within the Supply Chain teams.
  • Develop the management team to enable them to lead, with your support, employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to organisational design and change management initiatives within the Supply Chain.
  • Provide insightful HR data and analysis to inform decision-making and identify trends within the Supply Chain workforce.

Does the following describe you?

  • Demonstrable experience of working with and supporting end-to-end Supply Chain functions (e. g., planning, procurement, logistics, warehouse).
  • Strong understanding of the unique HR challenges and opportunities within a complex supply chain environment.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, or generalist, ideally within the FMCG sector.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build credible relationships at all levels.
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach with the ability to translate business needs into effective HR solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • CIPD qualification / HR degree
