About The Role
What are the main responsibilities of the job role?
- Generate achievable production schedules (materials, labour, capacity aligned)
- Support 98.5% customer service KPI
- Ensure planned volume does not exceed shelf‑life cover
- Minimise changeovers (grouping allergens, sizes, fruit types, etc.)
- Gain manufacturing agreement on weekly plan
- Update Inventory Reports with service‑risk SKUs and root causes
- Control finished goods and intermediate stock levels
- Review materials exception reports and report service impact
- Build and maintain relationships with main stakeholders within the business
