About The Role

What are the main responsibilities of the job role?

  • Generate achievable production schedules (materials, labour, capacity aligned)
  • Support 98.5% customer service KPI
  • Ensure planned volume does not exceed shelf‑life cover
  • Minimise changeovers (grouping allergens, sizes, fruit types, etc.)
  • Gain manufacturing agreement on weekly plan
  • Update Inventory Reports with service‑risk SKUs and root causes
  • Control finished goods and intermediate stock levels
  • Review materials exception reports and report service impact
  • Build and maintain relationships with main stakeholders within the business
