About The Role
What are the main responsibilities of the job role?
- Log all complaints accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure appropriate escalation where needed
- Report on trends and KPIs
- Support continuous improvement through clear data visibility
- Coordinate customer benchmarking projects
- Pull and prepare samples for review
- Support preparation of initial reports
- Send samples to customers and manage stock effectively
- Coordinate and organise internal taste panels
- Ensure all supporting admin is completed
- Track and record results clearly
