Whitworths Limited is seeking an experienced HR Assistant to join our busy HR team. You will support the HR Business Partner with early-stage employee relations and help managers take timely actions on attendance, probation, welfare, and conduct.
This role covers recruitment, onboarding, HR scorecards, reporting and maintaining accurate records. A CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) and solid Excel skills are desirable; the team values integrity, confidentiality and practical, calm organisation.
