We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Site Operative to help maintain high standards of cleanliness across our site, including production areas, warehouses, offices, and external grounds. In this varied, hands-on role, you'll also provide support across production, packing, and warehouse operations as required.
The role: In this varied role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and operational compliance across the site. You'll support production and warehouse operations as required, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with company procedures, audit requirements, and quality standards.
- Ensure cleaning activities are carried out in line with site standards and accurately recorded and verified
- Maintain all areas in an audit-ready condition at all times
- Adhere to all cleaning and operational schedules and timelines
- Use and maintain cleaning equipment to the highest standards
- Follow colour-coding procedures correctly across all areas
- Comply with all Health and Safety regulations
