As a Maintenance Technician, you'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical plant and machinery, helping to minimise downtime, improve performance and support continuous site operations. Hours: Rotating 4-on, 4-off shift pattern, comprising 2-day shifts followed by 2-night shifts. The role: Ensure all plant, machinery and equipment remain fully operational, safe and maintained to the highest standard . Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities to minimise downtime and maximise equipment performance . Actively support the development, maintenance and effective use of the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) . Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities, repairs and inspections. Oversee and monitor contractor activities when required, ensuring compliance with site procedures, risk assessments and method statements . Prepare and issue Permit to Work and Authorisation to Work documentation for contractors and internal maintenance activities .
