This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operational service professional who enjoys making a visible difference in a fast-moving multi-site business. We are looking for a practical, hands-on Group IT Service Delivery Manager to help run day-to-day IT services across a multi-site Group environment. Reporting to the Group CTO, this role is focused on keeping services running effectively, working closely with the MSP and other technology partners, and making sure issues are resolved quickly and properly.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week*
* Availability to support major incidents and urgent operational issues outside normal working hours will also be required where needed.
The role operates across Whitworth Bros. Ltd, Carrs Flour Mills Limited and KTC Group locations, supporting IT service delivery across 15 sites. It offers the opportunity to work in a varied operational environment with visibility across a broad Group footprint and a strong focus on service continuity, practical improvement and stakeholder support.
- Run the day-to-day delivery of IT services with the MSP and other suppliers
- Monitor service performance, incidents, requests and recurring issues
- Coordinate major incidents, service outages and operational follow-up
- Keep service records, support documentation and operational processes up to date
- Track corrective actions and practical service improvements through to completion
- Work closely with Group IT colleagues, business stakeholders and suppliers across multiple sites
- Support and oversee the IT projects pipeline
About you:
- Solid experience in IT service delivery or service operations
- Strong supplier management and incident management skills
- Practical, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
- Comfortable working across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment
- Confident using service data to drive performance improvements
- Able to support service issues through to resolution
- ITIL 4 knowledge or certification (desirable)
- Flexible, hands-on approach with willingness to travel regularly between sites
