Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised Maintenance Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Maintenance Department. This is a predominantly office-based role focused on compliance, planning, document control, budgeting, and departmental efficiency. The shift pattern for this role is 40 hours per week, 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing contract renewals and supplier records
  • Supporting audit preparation and compliance requirements
  • Assisting with R&M and CAPEX budget tracking
  • Maintaining equipment and document control records, including PPE, lifting equipment and lubricant logs
  • Coordinating Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules (training provided)
  • Managing contractor documentation, including insurances, RAMS and compliance records
  • Raising purchase orders, ordering parts and maintaining stock records
  • Producing reports and maintaining accurate system data
  • Supporting process improvements and departmental organisation

Key Requirements

  • Previous administration, coordination or planning experience
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Experience using D365 or a similar ERP/business system would be advantageous
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Previous experience within engineering or manufacturing would be beneficial but is not essential. We welcome applications from candidates with strong administrative backgrounds from a variety of sectors.
