Do you take pride in maintaining high standards and attention to detail? As a Hygiene Operative, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our production areas, equipment and site clean, safe and audit-ready, ensuring we continue to meet the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Location: Silloth
Salary: Competitive

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday day shift.
The role:
- Carry out cleaning activities in line with hygiene schedules, cleaning procedures and site standards.
- Complete all hygiene documentation and records accurately and on time.
- Minimise waste by effectively managing spillages and supporting rework processes where required.
- Maintain cleaning equipment in good working order and report any damage or deterioration.
- Remove waste and recycling materials safely and efficiently from designated areas.
- Carry out food safety and hygiene checks in accordance with company requirements.
- Support deep-cleaning activities across production areas and equipment to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Report any incidents, hazards, equipment defects or environmental concerns promptly.
- Follow all Food Safety, Health & Safety and company procedures at all times.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe, clean and efficient production environment.
